Drawing on Norway’s extensive experience, we explore strategies for addressing implementation hurdles and maximizing social acceptance. Through transnational cooperation, we aim to glean insights and solutions crucial for Croatia’s journey towards achieving renewable energy goals in the Adriatic Sea.
